My name is Tia. I’m based in San Francisco. I am a passionate project/operations manager, researcher, writer, biologist, international student travel expedition lead, photographer, and dance instructor. I am looking to build communities across cultures and industries via strong communication and storytelling.
I've been a resident of the biology research world for 9 years and counting. I've authored published research papers, crafted regular travel and conservation blog posts, taught a course at UC Berkeley, consulted in the Health Tech startup arena, and directed creative projects (photography, film, and dance *creative portfolio in progress*).
I am inspired to find creative ways to bridge the public’s perceived gap between our health and the health of our environment on local and international levels.
